To ensure uniformity and ease of review, please format your submissions according to the following guidelines.

General Formatting Instructions
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
Spacing: Double-spaced
Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides
Alignment: Left-aligned
Page Numbers: Bottom-right corner of each page
File Format: Submit in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format

Structure and Content
Title Page (where applicable)
Title: Concise and descriptive
Author(s): Full name(s) of the author(s)
Affiliation(s): Institution or organisation(s) of the author(s)
Corresponding Author: Indicate the corresponding author and provide an email address

Abstract (for all submissions)
Heading: Centred, bold, and labelled as ‘Abstract’
Content: A succinct summary of the submission, adhering to the word limit specified in the submission guidelines

Main Body (varies by submission type)
For Presentation Abstracts and Poster Presentations:
Begin with the introduction immediately after the abstract
Structure the content under relevant subheadings: Introduction, Methodology, Results (if applicable), Discussion/Implications

For Full Papers:
Introduction: State the research question and its significance
Literature Review: Overview of existing research related to your topic
Methodology: Detailed description of research design, data collection, and analysis methods
Results: Presentation of research findings
Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications, and potential future research directions
Conclusion: Summary of key findings and their importance
References: List of cited works, formatted according to the specified style guide

For Panels and Workshops:
Title: Clearly stated at the beginning
Rationale: Detailed explanation of the workshop or panel theme and objectives
Structure: Outline of the session’s format, including time allocation and interactive elements
Participant Bios: Brief descriptions of each participant’s background and relevance to the topic

References and Citations
Style: Adhere to the citation style specified in the submission guidelines (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago)
In-text Citations: Ensure all references are cited in the text
Reference List: Include a complete list of references at the end of the document, formatted according to the chosen citation style

Figures and Tables (if applicable)
Labels: Numbered and accompanied by descriptive titles
Placement: Integrated within the text at relevant points or placed at the end of the document
Captions: Provide a brief explanation of each figure or table
